Simon Says ... Texture!

You guys know me by now ... I LOVE Grunge paper ... so with a theme of texture over at Simon Says Stamp and Show this week ... there was only one direction I was ever gonna go in!
Yup ... I headed for the Lord Tim of Holtz Grunge paper and Distress Inks ... and THE Wendy Vecchi Studio 490  stamps! You know Tim ... the man that walked on water instead of using a boat on the biggest Thames Flotilla ever ... while single handedly raising the Tower bridge with just a Distress Blending tool and a spot of Glossy Accents!
Those of you that are that enjoying an extended weekend celebrating Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee have no excuse not to join in ... and those of you that don't have extended weekends ... well ... if you have an excuse ... it had better be a good one :0) You can of course win a $50 Shopping Spree courtesy of the wonderful site sponsor that is Simon Says Stamp! Come on ... you know you want to...
Have a great week people ... wherever you are!
Laters!

Just reading your previous post as well - what happened to summer!! Love the grungy texture here - what better way to spend a lovely long holiday than grunging.

Really pretty creation Linda, love the dimension from the flowers and great texture from the Grunge. Love the fact it's circular too. Tracy x

Firstly huge congrats on even locating grunge paper and ink during a house move...must be chaos, manic and exciting stuff. Keep calm and panic with style. Hoping new are soon all cosy and dry in your new home.

I love this Linda... the learners in one of my card making classes have asked me to show them how to use grungepaper in a future course, so I will be regularly visiting your blog for ideas! Your comments about Lord Tim of Holtz never fail to make laugh out loud - how do you keep thinking of new descriptions?
