Simon Says Stamp and Show ... Anything Goes!

Wow! Who knew the week was going to fly like that! One minute it was Monday ... then as if by magic ... it was Monday again! They say life goes faster as you get older ... I must be getting reeeeeeally old!
Anyways! Monday it is and time for a new theme at Simon Says Stamp and Show! This week ... it's anything goes ... so if you make anything this week ... lierally anything ... you can join in for a chance to win a $50 Shopping Spree at the magnificant online store that is ... Simon Says Stamp.
My tag is lots and lots of layers of Lord Tim of Holtz goodies! You know Tim ... the man that paints colour into people's dreams while walking across the channel in bare feet with just a jumbo ring and a paper piercing tool!
My layers started with spritzing Picket Fence and Faded Jeans stains with water on my craft sheet and then just playing from there really. Some Vintage Photo Distress Ink; Olive Archival ... Gold Dabber and then Black Archival to finish before adding my Steampunk men ... gotta LOVE those men!
Righty Ho ... I must away ... I have a gazillion forms to fill in for the house sale ... I just love filling out forms ... NOT! Any one out there like a good form??? I will supply the coffee ... and ... erm ... cake ... not home made obviously!
Laters!

Love this Linda, especially how you use the Gold Dabber. Lots of lovely layers.

BTW We had a great time last Wednesday and my project is finished apart from the inside pages.

Linda, your tag is amazing! I love all of the color, the masking and the stamping. Your steampunk men, separated look really cool with the black stars running on either side of them! Beautiful tag! <3 Candy

This is lovely & you have converted me to the use of the gold dabber. Thank you for today-had a great time at 'Birds in the Barn'. Just finished my piece & managed to cover up the paint splodges! Really pleased with it, thankyou. Good luck with your move. Will keep tabs on your blog. Sue x
