Cupcakes and Castles!

0201 I have been well and truly shown up by a nearly nine year old today ... my little crafting buddy came to play ... we had great fun ... and she managed to finish about 1900 projects compared to my ... erm ... one! And I can't even show you that because it is my submission for tomorrow's challenge over on Simon Says Stamp and Show challenge blog ... yes ... we are back tomorrow ... after our little Christmas break ... don't forget to come join us ... oh ... alright ... you twisted my arm ... I will show you a little peek ...

Anyways ... today we decided that shrink plastic is the best thing EVER ... Kakey ... had n't seen it before ... so it was a real treat to watch her excitement making tee0201ansy tiny cupcakes and castles ... what a fab name for a shop that would be ...  the cupcakes and castles bit ... not the teensy tiny bit ...

Righty-ho ... I have another two blog posts to type before bed ... are you watching my countdown clock? Are you? Huh? Are you? ... not many more sleeps to my first ever CHA .... I am soooooooo excited ... watch out L.A ... here I come!

Have a great week you guys ...

Laters!

Glad you and your little friend had a good time Linda. I started my granddaughter Alexa (2 years 9 months) with a little bit of stamping before Christmas (making Mummy a card) and the delight on her face seeing a snowman appear on her white sheet of paper was brilliant.

Lucky you going to CHA. All those lovely goodies you are going to see before the rest of us!

Happy New Year to you too Linda and thankyou for the fun and chuckles I get from your lovely blog posts, not to mention the fab inspiration.

Hugs

Hi Linda! Awesome! You're going to CHA - I've never been to one either - but I just know you're gonna love it.... and I DO know that you will love L.A. I have a good friend that used to live there so I've been there several times - if you have time take a drive up the Pacific Coast Highway - just an hour or so - you'll be in *heaven*. That project for tomorrow's SSSS is looking amazing! Can't wait to see the full pic tomorrow. Waffling on... enuf for now.... Hugs, Ellen xx
