The challenge this Sunday is to decoupage a stamp. I have made a tag .... I know, I know .... more sequin waste ..... but what's a girl to do when she has no more space on her craft table? Tidy up or ..... just grab what comes to hand? Need I say more!
I used distress inks on the background to get that fetching mud looking colour!!! Then I added the dots by stenciling Black soot through the sequin waste with a sponge!
The faces are a mixture of Crafty Individuals and Paper Artsy. I cut them out with a one inch square punch [can't cut a straight line unaided to save my life!!]. Some faces were then covered in glossy accents and some were 3d'd up!
Added a few words with my talking Dymo gun - really it does talk .... it does n't hand out advice or hold an intelligent conversation but it tells you what letter it has just punched!!!
I can hear you .... "that aint decoupage!" Well I know that and you know that but I am kinda hoping that Andrea will have had too much cake and Kentucky Fried Chicken by now to care!!! I have kind of entered into the spirit of it :0))
These challenges are always great for us stampers ... so if you want to join in .... just click here.
