Ode to a Sister-in-Law

SIL

I have used one of my old favourites for this card; Hampton Arts Stamps "Odes". It is a very sophisticated design and lends itself well to simple gold embossing. The greeting is by Penny Black, another favourite. A bit of gold mirri and a bit of pink scrap card and the card is complete.

On this occasion it is for a Sister-In-Law who is 50 so I have coloured and added some chipboard numbers and a sister in Law tag.

To prevent the chipboard spoiling the stamped design I 3d'd the butterfly to add movement and more depth.

A scrap bit of ribbon and a few beads complete the look.

Blimey I have just read this back and it actually looks like I knew what I was doing :0)).
