Sunday Stamper!

ATC 277 Evening all!

This week's Sunday Stamper challenge is Green, Green, Grass of home!

I make no apology for the fact that my ATC was completely and utterly inspired by the fabulous article by Jo Capper-Sandon which was quite rightly placed on the cover of this month's Craft Stamper magazine.

It is the first of a series of six friend's ATCs I am making for a swap I am in! The main stamps are Art journey and the spotty bits are from the Paper Bag Studios journal sheet.

For my flower I used an old book rather than newspaper coz you have to be faster than Flynn in this house to grab the paper before OH recycles it! *Groan*

By the way - who was Flynn - anybody know where that expression originates from?

That's all folks!

Ohhhhhhh, Ahhhhhhh, Mmmmmmm, ooooooooooooooooooeeeeeeee, Linda, I loooooove this ATC, it is beautiful hun, thanks for joining in with the Sunday Stamper. Now, as for Flynn, I have it on very good authority that Flynn was actually a bit of a casanova - in fact, he was a speedy casanova, leaping about in the middle of the night, jumping fromn balcony to balcony clad only in his tight fitting leather trousers and a flouncy white shirt (think Mr Darcy emerging from the lake....*shudders*) and because of his notoriety at being a bit of a fast worker, a hasty lothario, the saying "in like Flynn" appeared amongst the drawing rooms of the lady's he had visited. All of that sounds fairly plausible, however, I may just have made it up LOL Hugs hun ... you make the best artwork you know xx

well firstly Linda I think Hels love of milk tray has thrown her to who flynn is, because the milk tray man leapt about to get to his woman, so i think she is going senile. as for your ATC its just stunning and the whole design works a treat, the paper nabbing is a bit like that in this house to xx
