Hi Honey ... I'm Home!

SSS22208

That is n't actually the suitcase I took away with me ... in case you were wondering :0) Case??? Geddit???

And where do the words "Hi Honey ... I'm home" come from? Was it a  film or a TV series ... I can hear them ... but I can't work out who said them!

That is n't why I am here either by the way! No ... I am here to tell you that there is a new theme over at The Simon Says Stamp and Show blog and this week the theme is ... drum roll please ... Anything Lord Tim of Holtz inspired!

Oh Yes ... I picked the theme ... You know Tim ... the man that can bungee jump off the side of Mount Everest without a bungee while building a 1 in 100 scale model of St Paul's cathedral with just a dab of Broken China Paint Dabber and a Stickle from a pot of Rock Candy Stickles.SSS12208

My project is indeed an altered suitcase ... don't forget to check out this week's prize ... fabulous it is ... Simon Says Stamp donate the coollest prizes!

Finally ...I have very very exciting news ... I am not going to tell you what it is ... but if you click here and read down the right hand side ... well guess who made Lord Tim of Holtz's blog roll????? Only little ole me!!!! I don't think I am ever going to sleep again ... I am just toooooooo excited :0) Doh! I told you :0)

Have a great Monday everyone ... I will be back later tonight with the results of the blog candy ... still time to enter if you have n't done yet and Thank you guys so much for all the lovely comments!

Laters!

Such a sweet little case. It wouldn't be big enough to take away, you couldn't get all your timminess or wendiness in that!! Hmm, Tim's blog roll eh? There'll be no stopping you now!

No one deserves to be on that blog roll more than you Linda so congratulations.

It's good to have you back by the way, (I miss my regular chuckle dose) and what a fab little case to start the blog ball rolling again.

Speaking of starting the ball rolling, I've posted my take on your gorgeous canvas (Craft Stamper July issue)over on our http://craftstampingquartet.blogspot.com/ if you have time to take a peek this week.

I love your suitcase, and as I have just created 2 cards inspired by Tim Holtz, I can enter! yay!
I bet Tim comes to your blog to read what amazing statement of adoration you have come upwith each time lol!

I am not at all surprised that you made Tim's blog roll. After all you are his No.1 fan, and mention hime most days - so you should be top of the list with your stunning work inspired by Tim.

Where do you find such wonderful things - this case is absolutely amazing and more so since you have decorated it - a priceless treasure.

At first glance I thought you had popped over to Ranger for a few days you get your hands on the latest Die cut suitcase!

Congrats on making the ULTIMATE blog roll! I don't think I'd ever sleep again either! Love the suitcase - it looks perfectly aged and leathery - in fact - it looks better than the Vagabond! (maybe they'll redesign it based on YOUR suitcase!). Have a great day. ~ Ellen.

I think the line Honey I'm home is at the very start of the Flintstones before the theme tune starts ! Don't know why i can remember that ! Very worrying !

Fabulous case. Just love it.
Well done on the Tim blog thingy.
The "Hi honey I'm home" was said by either Richard Dreyfuss or Emilio Estevez. they were on a stakeout and one went out to get some burgers or something and as he climbed the stairs to where the other one was he said "Hi honey I'm home"!!!!! Well that's my theory and I'm sticking to it!!!!!!
