Catching Up!

Beer22a

I can't believe it is Sunday night! I know I am always complaining about time going really quickly ... but that's because it does! Friday was passed eating Macdonalds and going craft shopping ... I was a great tour guide for Dan ... but he really did n't seem to appreciate me showing him windmill number 692! Especially as it looked a lot like number 1 :0)Classb1903 And then repeating the same tour ... exactly on the return journey!Saturday was passed by teaching a CD workshop at Olney and then a night of crafting! I say crafting ... I half started 962 items ... and did n't actually finish any!

But check out my ladies from Saturday ... busy making their CD journals ... I had a great time ... and I really hope they did too! Just look at Emma ... I told her to pull a silly face but she said "No!" :0)

Class1903 The rest of my ladies got all inky ... What a fab way to spend a Saturday!

So ... now for today! Well all of my lovely crafty friends came round for my birthday lunch ... we ate loads ... Frankie and Benny stylie ... the whole restaurant sang Happy Birthday ... Hels made a yummy scrummy cake ... I got lots of presents ... beautiful hand made cards ... We laughed ... a lot ... I had an all round fabulous day and was very sad when it was time for them to leave! The good news is that it is my birthday on Tuesday ... so I get to do it all again :0) I say all ... Hels won't be making another cake ... and I am not actually going to Frankie and Benny's again ... but you knew what I meant ... Right?Classa1903

Dan has now left the building ... it seems odd without him ... he is always such great company and boy do we laugh! On his way out of the door he made me promise to finish making something tonight and blog it ... I am always good for a promise ... so I have!

Beer22 The beer mat in the pictures is coloured with Forest Moss ... decorated with a Wendy Vecchi dimensional rose and embellished with Tim's Idea-ology ... you know Tim ... the man that does not age and can change into a superhero with just the shake of a bottle of distress stickles without a telephone box in sight :0) I have also added black bling ... one of my new favourite things ... I was going to tell you that they were black diamonds ... but I am not the kind of girl that exaggerates ... at all ... ever :0) Oh and I have used Crackle accents in the ornate frame. The beer mat is Greene King IPA and contrary to popular belief ... I did n't steal all of these beer mats ... I have a very kind local landlord who just prefers the square variety!

Blimey ... this has turned into a long one ... I hope you all have a fabulous week ... see ya's!
