The SaWO challenge this week is the Bandana technique! Well that is definitely a new technique for me ... and if it is for you too ... read on!
Basically you make a collage of black stamped images. I used Versafine ink and my images are all from from the Artemio butterfly collection which are Clear Stamps.
[You see I do read my comments! I am going to include details of all stamped images from now on!]
If you can't find the stamps you like anywhere ... just email me and I will let you know where I got mine!
Anyway ... once you have completed your collage ... you blend different colours of Stazon ink over the top. Leave that to dry and then draw around all your images with a white pen ... this gives the Bandana effect. Take care not to draw on top of your stamped lines if you can help it.
I have cut an aperture in the centre of my design ... the middle bit was then placed inside the card on a yellow matt... I have told you that ... only because I have just learned how to cut apertures with my trimmer ... and I am showing off ... and also because you can't really tell from the photo :0)
Have a good week everyone!
