This is my first attempt at a house ..... completely inspired by Dan and his talent and enthusiasm. I quite enjoyed myself.
The challenge blog is inspirational too - some truly stunning pieces of work!
This took some time I can tell you - there are least 486 layers of copper embossing powder .... I wanted a pan tile effect to start but directing the heat gun became a bit of a nightmare and the embossing powder kept melting in all the wrong places! That is probably why the edge of the roof is a tad messy.
Apologies to all the French speaking bloggers - I was unsure about whether it was des papillons .... so I played safe and stuck with the challenge title!
