Oh Em Gee!

That is exactly what I thought when I saw Sarah's suggestion of a recipe theme! Oh Em Gee ... a recipe ... do I have to cook?
Luckily not ... and it was really good fun making this tag for this week's Simon Says Stamp and Show Challenge. I made a list ... torn edge ... yup ... button ... yup ... wings ... yup and Distress Inks ... yup ... okay ... okay ... I know with me ...that really goes without saying!
In fact ... to be fair ... I felt like I cheated slightly ... Lord Tim of Holtz had the whole button and wing thing sewn up with his fabulous dies!
You know Tim ... the man that carved the Great Barrier Reef without the assistance of so much as a snorkel with just the label from the Wild Honey Distress Stain and an edge distresser.
The tag is coloured with a mixture of Mustard Seed Distress Stain and Fired Brick Distress Ink. All of the stamps are Lord Tims and the ickle biddy butterflies are Lord Tim's Butterfly Movers and Shapers ... shrinked ... I know that is not a word ... but it should be ... so much nicer than shrunk!
So what do you guys have planned for this week? I have lots to do ... with a girlie lunch and a day out of crafty play squeezed in ... all very exciting me thinks ... lets hope that was the first and the last of the snow!
If you get chance come and join us with the challenge the fanatastic peeps at Simon Says Stamp have donated a random give away of a $50 Shopping Spree ... you don't want to miss an opportunity like that ... now do you?
Laters!

I love the way you use bright cheerful colours. I've got a couple of get togethers with other M.E. friends this week and have several cards to make - have nearly finished one today. Thats good for me cause my energy levels due to M.E. dictate how long I can craft which is not long!! moan moan! sorry, but you did ask! (silly you) xx
