Woo Hoo ... It's Wendy Week!

Nothing I like better than the start of a new week because that means it is a whole new theme over at Simon Says Stamp and Show. And this week is very exciting for me ... because it is THE Wendy Vecchi week!
I had a ball colouring, stamping and constructing my Art Parts! I used Distress Stains in Spiced Marmalade; Fired Brick; Wild Honey and Vintage Photo ... I then oomphed the colour up a bit more with Distress Inks in the same colours!
The men ... well they are Lord Tim of Holtz's men ... you know Tim ... the man that can create a heat wave in the UK in October while rescuing the entire population of Penguins from Global Warming with just a long legged brad and a smidgeon of Distress Re-inker.
Now to answer the question that is quite possibly on all of your lips ... or quite possible not ... Nope ... I still have n't had a single cigarette ... I am now on lower strength patches and it is definitely getting easier ... not a lot ... I hastened to add ... but easier all the same.
I had a lovely day on Saturday with a fab group of ladies at my Ranger Masterclass ... and boy ... it was hot! Really hot ... and when I got back to Cambridge ... it was even hotter ... I am not complaining mind ... just a bit odd wearing short sleeved tops in October ... when I am usually cranking up the heating and digging out the thermal undies.
Anyways ... I must away ... Do join in the challenge if you get chance ... our amazing sponsor Simon Says Stamp is giving away another $50 Shopping Spree ... and you gotta be in it to win it!
Laters!

Hi Linda
Not been by in a while and I LOVE this piece and how 3D it is! Well done you on the cigs - I stopped using patches 10 years ago and it was the best thing I ever did!! Don't thinking of it as "giving up" anything, but gaining your freedom.
