Simon Says ...

The new theme at Simon Says Stamp and Show this week is Stamp and Show some Stitching ... Faux or otherwise! Now this is a good thing ... for me anyways ... because after owning my sewing machine for approximately 100 years ... I still can't thread it! Sad ... but true! Between you and me ... I was very late making this card this week ... I had tooooooooo much fun teaching classes on Friday and Saturday ... and wore meself out! Anyways ... my sister thought that 10pm was just too late to make the 7 mile journey to my house to re-thread the machine ... so I opted for the faux version!
My card is coloured using Wild Honey and Rusty Hinge Distress inks! I have used THE Wendy Vecchi stamps ... an Ornate Frame and Lord Tim of Holtz's ruler and Craft Pick! You know Tim ... the man that can get Olympic Tickets for every event including the 100 metres while re-uniting a lost baby elephant with it's mother with just a smidgeon of Jet Black Archival Ink and a dot of Enamel Accents.
I was going to fill this post with gossip ... sadly I have n't got any ... I may make some up and come back later! Or you could make my day ... make some up and leave it in the comments!
Don't forget to check out the Challenge Blog where you can see the beautiful work by the rest of the Challenge Team ... and if you join in ... well the lovely people at Simon Says Stamp have donated another fabulous $50 shopping spree ... so it would be rude not too!
I am away ...
Have a good week people!
Laters!

Great work my little tiramisu ;) Since you couldn't go for the real deal on stitching you 'faux'ed' it like a PRO! I love the Wild Honey color, so rich and vibrant! Fabby work as always!!

Thingy round the corner is apparently seeing whats his face, but he said he'd rather go out with you know who because she didn't hold a grudge about you know what. But her mum's friend told my neighbours baby-sitter that everyone knew about that night when he turned up at that other girl's house and sent that text saying he'd ..... Oooh, must stop,I said I wouldn't tell.
