Not For the Faint Hearted!

WOYWW3103

Blimey! It's Wednesday already ... and the last day of March! Can you believe it? Where has the time gone? It won't be long now and all of us ... or at least the few of us left that have n't got our butts into gear and started our Christmas cards ... will be panicking again!!!Princess

This is my desk ... I did n't say that with any sense of pride I might add ... bit of a mess really! As the header says ... it certainly aint for the faint hearted! I was late with my last Zutter DT submission and it is still on my desk from very late last night.

ZZproject30410 An unusually pink offering for me I might add ... but after a visit from my baby ... all dolled up and freshly henna'd from an Asian wedding ... I felt all girly and wanted to make her something for a change. Now my little girl ... she is 22 by the way ... is n't the crafty sort ... but she does like her stationery ... so I made her a little note book to keep in her bag with room for notes and pockets for receipts and the like ... she is much more organised than me ... and I just know she will appreciate the pockets :0) I also added a little princess charm ... just to remind her that she is my little princess ... every second of every day.ZZproject3d0410

The covers are made from plain old grey chip ... rounded off with my 1/4" Round-it-All and painted with a Snow Cap Dabber before swiping with Spun Sugar distress ink ... the pages are water colour paper and envelopes torn and swiped with worn lipstick ... as for the frame ... well that is a Lord Tim of Holtz Ornate frame ... painted and swiped ... you know Tim ... the man that can do open heart surgery on 10 people at the same time with just a speck of mica from a bottle of vintage photo distress stickles and the point off a pokey tool.

I have bound the pad with a 3/4" pink O wires and attached a Grunge Paper rose that was first painted with Dusty Pink acrylic paint and then stamped with the Shabby French script stamp ... which I lurve!

Right I am off in search of Julia ... you should all look too ... and then join in this crazy thing we call WOYWW!

Lots To Do!

ZZproject20410

Right now ... that is the story of my life ... Lots to Do!

Mostly nice things though ... but still lots of them! It is also the name of a challenge blog ... the Lots To Do Challenge Blog :0) ... and this week the theme is Vintage. So I have made a screen with a vintage theme ... I ZZproject2a0410have used the new and very yummy Graphic 45 papers for the background. Aged the edges with Vintage Photo Distress ink and then decorated them to within an inch of their lives with Crafty Individuals miniatures ... Adage tickets ... memo pins ... Dew drops ... ribbon and Grunge Paper!

ZZproject2b0410I also used my trusty Bind-it-all and this is in fact one of my April DT submissions ... because I rather like it!

I bet you are impressed ... I have mentioned Grunge Paper and Memo pins and Adage tickets all without mentioning ... erm ... you know who ...

Well that is because ... I used Lord Tim of Holtz's Mini Classic and Shabby French stamps ... you know Tim ... the man that can understand what a woman wants even before she knows herself with just a doodad and a solitary ball from a piece of ball chain!ZZproject2c0410

I also used Dark Room Door Full Bloom Vol. 2 ... Don't you just love those tiny Frangipani flowers ... yes that it is definitely what they are called ... I found out last time I used them :0) I say ... I found out ... I think you lot may have done ... so Thanks for that!

ZZproject2d0410 Right it is late and I still have stuff To Do! If you came here looking for the Zutter Zisters Spring Blog Hop ... then you just need to click here and you will be magically transported to the correct time and place to leave a comment.

I say correct time and place ... the place is correct but if it is after Monday 29th March 2010 and 7pm EST ... then you are too late ... sorry!

Have a good Sunday everyone!

Friday, March 26

Come Hop with the Zisters!

Blog Hop 1 Spring is in the air! And the Zutter design team are on the hop! Read on ... there is a prize and everything!

You are cordially invited to join along in the Zutter Zisters Blog Hop... it begins *drum roll* today ... Friday, March 26th at 7:00 pm EST ... and carries on until 7:00 pm, March 29th.  Blog hop 2

Now for the small print... visit all the Zister's blogs... make sure you leave a comment on each blog 'cause one lucky lucky person will win one set of Hang it Alls and a Rivet Setter ... and each Zister is gonna give one set away ... How cool is that!! You can find all the other Zisters and their beautiful work here:-

Kamilla; Fleur; Sophie; Pam; Lynne; Sarah; Shelley and Nan

ZZproject10410 And if you lose your way ... just head for the Bind-it-all blog as all the details will be there too. Now all this talk of hopping made me think of rabbits ... so I made a CD book based on my favourite quotes from Alice in Wonderland!ZZproject1a0410

The idea was that the CDs would look like table cloths ... you know as in picnic ... and the quotes would look like they were on pools of water ... and the characters would be nice and bright looking so they looked like they had stepped out of the pages of the book ... I did n't quite achieve this ... but it was a nice idea all the same :0)ZZproject1b0410

The characters are all Oxford Impressions classic Alice and of course there are a few Wendy Vecchi stamps in there ... oh and Tim's flourish ... you know Tim the man that could reduce the UK's national debt while completing the Times crossword puzzle with just a blob of Worn Lipstick Distress stickles and a blending tool and still be home in time for dinner.ZZproject1c0410

I used 1 1/4" antique brass O wires to bind the book and the characters are all stamped onto glossy card stock and coloured with Marvy Le Plumes ... I know ... had 'em ages and not used 'em ... saw a Rachel Greig demo and now I want more!!!

ZZproject1d0410 Ok ... if you have got this far ... well done ... I do go on a bit :0) But then you knew that ... right?

Remember the hop officially begins at 7.00pm EST on Friday 26th March 2010 ... so you can leave a comment here now ... but the US of A Zister's posts won't be up until a bit later! So go on ... leave a comment ... anything you like ... The prizes will all be awarded at 7.00pm EST on Monday 29th March 2010.

You don't need a blog to take part ... just leave some way that we can contact you!

Have a good weekend and Good Luck X

EDIT: I have had lots of requests asking about cutting the edge off the CD. I aim to please so without further ado ...

Score the CD using a craft knife and a ruler approximately 4 or 5 times. Heat the score line with your heat gun ... it does n't want to be hot hot ... just warmish to the touch. Then cut along the scoreline with your Timmy Tonic Studio scissors ... Simples :0)

Can You Still Recognise Me?

Taga2503

Evening all! I was just wondering if you could still recognise me! I had my birthday makeover yesterday and now I am the spitting image of Oscar winning actress Julia Roberts! I just thought you may have thought you had come to the wrong blog or something :0)

Actually it is n't really true ... I look much younger now than Ms. Roberts ... but you can only really see that on closer inspection :0)

I have been working my way through my ever increasing to do list today and have just found myself a spare 20 minutes to pop in here and say Hi!

Now I shall give you a quick summary of the tag and then get back to my list.

Tag2503 I coloured the tag with Mustard Seed, then spritzed Wild Honey, Mustard Seed and Rusty Hinge with a mini mister on my craft mat and dabbed the tag in the colour ... drying between dabs with a heat gun until I was happy with the overall effect. Then I used one of Tim's stencils ... you know Tim the man that can speed time up and slow it down while making a high rise building with just a pair of Tonic Studio Non Stick Scissors and a philosophy charm!

I used Brushed Corduroy over the stencil then I stamped the flourish with Crimson Red Acrylic Paint. I coloured the Primas with the same inks and smothered them with Rock Candy Stickles. Just a bit more stamping on some scrap card ... added a few embellishments and Voila!

Righty ho ... I am going back to my list ... what are you doing? ... Anyone else out there that could be mistaken for Ms Roberts???

What a Mug!

WOYWWc2303

Well here we are another day ... another desk :0)

But if you wanna see my desk today ... you gotta aim high ... It is up on cloud 9 with me and we have no intention of coming down anytime soon :0) Thank you all sooooo much for making my birthday a truly wonderful day!WOYWW2403

Now for all you WOYWWers ... a treat ... I have done a swing ... to show you my new Cosco metal filing wotsit all erected by the wonderful Dan! It is now organising my TSS metal! While you are there ... checkout my screen saver :0)

WOYWWa2403 Now to the mug reference. I need to set the scene. I have a bessie mate who I love dearly. I cannot say she is non crafty because that is not true ... but she is not obsessed like the rest of us ... yet! She is an extremely talented and intelligent Human Resources consultant and is a wonderful Mother to two wonderful children and a wonderful wife to a wonderful husband! Get the picture ... she is wonderful! We have never had a cross word in the 25 years I have known her. She makes me feel special every time I see her and when I don't see her she makes me feel special because I know she will always be my friend and when I am with her I feel like I can do anything!

She listens to my obsessing of Lord Tim of Holtz ... you know Tim ... the man that can build a house out of one grain of sand with just a tiny attacher and three rivet brads! WOYWWb2303 ... without a clue of who I am talking about! Well just look at what she got me for my birthday ... I LOVE LOVE LOVE it ... pictures of Tim ... pictures of my Craft Stamper cover ... pictures of John Travolta in my favourite film Pulp Fiction ... and words that she has clearly researched carefully ... A real treasure and a truly thoughtful gift ... What a lucky girl I am!

Right then guys ... go find Julia and join in with WOYWW ... no excuses this week ... none of your ... I don't know how to play ... or my desk aint tidy enough ... or I don't have a desk ... just get and do it ... I promise you will have the best time and meet some truly lovely bloggers en route!

I am off to refill my mug ... I shall bring it when I visit you!

Craft Party for One!

Taga2303

Well ... the day is here ... it's my birthday and I am now 45 years old ... Oh my ... where has the time gone? And cor blimey ... that sounds really old!!!

Well I may be old but I am also very lucky ... as is customary around these here parts I get to do what I want all day ... so I am crafting! Now you know ... and I know ... that I craft most days ... see lucky ... that's me!

Thank you to everyone for all your lovely birthday wishes and emails and cards and phone calls ... and for yesterday's jokes ... you all sure know how to make a girl feel special.

tag2303 Now for the tag ... a real mix on this one ... Distress Inks used were Tumbled Glass, Stormy Sky, Forest Moss and Chipped Sapphire. All the background stamps are by Tim ... the man that can fly an Apache helicopter while rescuing small kittens from precarious positions in tree tops and hand craft a birthday card all at the same time with just a pokey tool and a Mini Mister Stadium!

Talking of which ... I got the Mini Mister stadium for my birthday ... totally cool and not forgetting the new set of Wendy Vecchi stamps ... you know Wendy ... the lovely and very talented and very busy lady that took the time to visit my blog earlier today and wish me a  Happy Birthday ... Bless her!

Right I must away ... I have more Birthday fun to come ... tomorrow I am getting a makeover paid for by my daughter and her chappie ... John said "Just let me know how many days they will need and I will come and get you!" Charming!

Bye peeps and Thank you again *MWAH*

EDIT: OH MY GOD! ... YES I AM SHOUTING AND DANCING AND SQUEALING AND NEARLY WETTING MYSELF ... READ MY COMMENTS TO FIND OUT WHY ... DO YOU KNOW ... MY BIRTHDAY JUST TURNED INTO ONE REALLY REALLY SPECIAL DAY!

Monday, March 22

Chip ... Anyone???

BFBD8

If you were n't seeing red before you read this post ... then you will be now! This piece can only be described as red ... in fact very red! It is Barn Door distress ink and if anyone thought Distress inks were a bit dull before ... well Barn Door is anything but dull.

I made this piece earlier today for the Bubbly Scrumptious blog ... you can check all the how tos and where to buys here.

I am not quite sure what is going on with all the red and all the lace ... it's not like its nearly valentines day or anything ... I just felt that way inclined!

Check out Timmy's new memo pins ... they are now on my top ten favourite list ... well for today anyway ... you all know how fickle I am! You know Tim ... the man that can build a life size model of the Sphinx with just a memo pin and some sepia accents while lying on a lilo in the middle of the reBFBD7d sea.

Shall I tell you the excitement that I have lined up for the rest of my day ... are you sure you will be able to cope with the revelation ... are you sure you can bare the suspense ... for the rest of today I will be ... erm ... ironing! There ... I said it ... I swore on the World Wide Web ... I shall be back later though and I hate ironing so I shall be in need of some cheering up ... if you don't want to leave a comment ... well tell us a joke or something ... a girl needs something to look forward to :0)

Catching Up!

Beer22a

I can't believe it is Sunday night! I know I am always complaining about time going really quickly ... but that's because it does! Friday was passed eating Macdonalds and going craft shopping ... I was a great tour guide for Dan ... but he really did n't seem to appreciate me showing him windmill number 692! Especially as it looked a lot like number 1 :0)Classb1903 And then repeating the same tour ... exactly on the return journey!Saturday was passed by teaching a CD workshop at Olney and then a night of crafting! I say crafting ... I half started 962 items ... and did n't actually finish any!

But check out my ladies from Saturday ... busy making their CD journals ... I had a great time ... and I really hope they did too! Just look at Emma ... I told her to pull a silly face but she said "No!" :0)

Class1903 The rest of my ladies got all inky ... What a fab way to spend a Saturday!

So ... now for today! Well all of my lovely crafty friends came round for my birthday lunch ... we ate loads ... Frankie and Benny stylie ... the whole restaurant sang Happy Birthday ... Hels made a yummy scrummy cake ... I got lots of presents ... beautiful hand made cards ... We laughed ... a lot ... I had an all round fabulous day and was very sad when it was time for them to leave! The good news is that it is my birthday on Tuesday ... so I get to do it all again :0) I say all ... Hels won't be making another cake ... and I am not actually going to Frankie and Benny's again ... but you knew what I meant ... Right?Classa1903

Dan has now left the building ... it seems odd without him ... he is always such great company and boy do we laugh! On his way out of the door he made me promise to finish making something tonight and blog it ... I am always good for a promise ... so I have!

Beer22 The beer mat in the pictures is coloured with Forest Moss ... decorated with a Wendy Vecchi dimensional rose and embellished with Tim's Idea-ology ... you know Tim ... the man that does not age and can change into a superhero with just the shake of a bottle of distress stickles without a telephone box in sight :0) I have also added black bling ... one of my new favourite things ... I was going to tell you that they were black diamonds ... but I am not the kind of girl that exaggerates ... at all ... ever :0) Oh and I have used Crackle accents in the ornate frame. The beer mat is Greene King IPA and contrary to popular belief ... I did n't steal all of these beer mats ... I have a very kind local landlord who just prefers the square variety!

Blimey ... this has turned into a long one ... I hope you all have a fabulous week ... see ya's!

A Day of Shopping!

Tag1703

Well ... we went to Ikea ... not many purchases and Dan did tell the guy at the restaurant till that he was my carer ... but other than that it was fun! Lots of yummy frames to alter and a few little jars for storing yummy things in. Then ... I had my first ever Cosco experience! WOW! That is all I can say really. I have never seen such large packets of anything and I got a fab new wire tray cum TSS metal storage station for a tenner.

Chatting to Dan as you do I grabbed the trolley and carried on oohing and arrhing and Dan said ... you do realise you have to pay cash in here don't you ... I said I did n't ... but that was OK. He said "Have you got enough to cover all those purchases then?" I thought he had gone quite mad ... looked down and I was only pushing a trolley loaded with about 50 children's games ... I had walked away with the wrong one ... took me ages to stop laughing and return it :0)Taga1703

Today's tag is made with the Daisy mould from TSS and their silver metal ... aged and distressed with blue and black acrylic paint ... the rose is blue acrylic painted Grunge paper and made with the middle size Wendy Vecchi rose ... I have all three now :0) Still got the large one left to try :0)

There is a Timmy memo pin holding the Timmy ticket ... you know Tim the man that can turn a 100 acre field of weeds into Wheat with just a flick of his wrist and a tiny dollop of rock candy stickles while driving a lorry and pushing a car at the same time!

Shout if you have any other questions ... after my unsuccessful attempt to tell you how I made my beer mat the other day ... completely forgetting the butterflies etc., ... I am back to answering questions by email :0)

Have a good evening ... Dan and I are about to start creating ... erm ... a mess probably :0)

3 For 1!

WOYWW11703

I am right into this swinging lark now ... and Oh Boy do I have a treat today for all you inquisitive WOYWWers!

Not one ... Not two ... but three ... oh yes ... three desks today! Never let it be said that this girlie does n't know how to multi task.

The first desk is my regular desk ... you will note that I have actually gotten around to hanging some of my beer mats up ... but whatever you do ... don't tell John ... that vein in his neck is gonna pop right out when he sees that I have shoved a load of pins straight into the plasterboard wall ... I am supposed to be waiting for him to put a bit of painted wood up with cup hooks in it ... well it was three days ago when he suggested that ... and to be frank ... I am now sick of waiting :0)

WOYWW21703 Second desk is the dining room table ... I have kits to make up for classes and they are currently in full swing ... I say that ... they were until I stopped to chat to you lot ... now they are just sitting there :0) I am not entirely sure that picture is in focus ... but you get the idea ... to go take another picture would mean getting up and everything!

Last but by no means least ... is my hub of communication ... probably the most important desk of all ... without it I could n't have joined Julia and her coven in the mad and addictive ritual of displaying desks every Wednesday ... just so other like minded people can have a good old rummage through ones bits! This is exactly where I am WOYWW31703 sat ... right this minute ... depending of course what time you are reading this post ... but if it's Wednesday ... well I shall probably be hopping until tea time ... when Dan shall be arriving for a spot of dinner before we start playing ... I would take a piccie of his desk ... but it is very tidy at the moment ... perhaps I will pop back and add it later when he is in full creative swing!

Have a good one everybody ... I will be seeing you shortly no doubt ... and if you have n't joined in this week ... go on! ... What you waiting for? Be a devil ... check out Julia's place for all the details and get playing :0)

Where Did the Weekend Go?

Beer21a

Ok! Where is he? The culprit responsible for stealing my weekend?

One minute is was Friday and then Saturday I was in Olney doing a dimensional Grunge card class ... where I had an absolutely fabulous time I might add! Thank you ladies! Then it was Sunday ... dinner with my babies ... the next thing I knew ... the alarm was going off, ringing in a new week! How time flies!

I bet this week flies too ... I have the lovely Dan coming to stay ... lots of Crafting going on there and a possible trip to Ikea ...  have n't been for ages ... can't wait to get in the markets place and see what I can buy to alter :0) Saturday in Olney and Sunday my Crafting birthday party! I shall be 28 :0) OK ... Who laughed? ... Out loud too! ... How rude :0)

I keep getting emails about my creations ... I am getting really bad at putting any details in my posts at all regarding the crafting ... so today ... the start of a whole new week ... and I am going to do my best to be as clear as possible :0)Beer21

Beer mat ... yes it's definitely a beer mat ... of the IPA variety ... covered in grey card and stamped with the lovely Wendy Vecchi plaid stamp ... then coloured in Rusty Hinge! The large flower head is Grunge paper covered with a text paper ... cut with a Sizzix die and coloured using Rusty Hinge. The bottle cap ... which I adore is Dijon metal ... stamped with one of Wendy Vecchi's bottle cap stamps and cut with a nestabilitie ... then shaped with a paper stamp. Between you and me ... the bottle caps are my absolute favourite ever Wendy Vecchi Stamps ... LOVE LOVE LOVE them! The bottle ... another Wendy Vecchi stamp ... this time stamped on white card and coloured using ... tumbled glass distress ink. The leaves are WV stamps ... can you see a theme going on here ... stamped in Olive archival onto Grunge paper, cut out and coloured with Forest Moss Distress Ink. And finally ... if you are still awake ... the pin clip and the ticket are both Idea-ology from Lord Tim of Holtz. You know Tim ... the man that could heal David Beckhams Achilles tendon in time for the world cup with just a smidgeon of Glossy Accents and small sprinkling of perfect pearls!

Blimey ... no wonder I stopped telling you how I make these things ... this post reads a bit like War and Peace :0)

Have a good week y'all!

Time for a Challenge!

GC1a

The truth is ... I don't really have time for a challenge ... but what the heck ... a girl has to have some fun ... right?

The "Spring has Sprung" theme has been set over on the Stampotique Designers Challenge blog and it is open this week ... so you can use any make of stamps you want!

This was just too much of an opportunity to miss and gave me just the right excuse to try out some of my new Wendy Vecchi stamps :0) and get mucky with Distress Inks which is always fun ... everything else can just wait! I say it can wait ... I actually mean I am going to be up even later tonight now ... because it can't actually wait that long! Hey Ho!GC1

Can you see the flower centres? ... don't tell anyone but they are not actually ... erm ... Tim's ...You know Tim ... the man that can ski across the English channel on one ski ... without using his hands and make a full scale model of the Eiffel Tower out of matchsticks at the same time! I feel really really bad ... but the poppers ... or whatever you call them were only 80p for 20 pairs ... and that's like 40 flower centres ...  and they were black ... I just had to get them ... whatever you do ... don't tell him ... pleeeeease!

Best I get on with my list :0)

As Good as it Gets!

AGAIG
Talk about pressure! The lovely Angela from ToucanScraps only went and book marked me! Coming back today for an inspection no less. Now I have absolutely no intention of doing this on a regular basis ... so for one day only and especially for all my lovely WOYWW friends ... this is as tidy as my craft room gets. I really hope Angela approves! I mean book marked ... I don't think any one has ever done that to me before ... not to my knowledge anyways! You guys also need to know ... how much fun you make my Wednesdays ... Julia has created a very special ritual for Wednesdays and your comments just make it a great thing to be part of!
As a rule ... the only time I ever post non crafty pictures on my blog is a Wednesday ... but as you can see I have been sooooo busy tidying ...

SP1Today though I am going to venture into the land of sneaky peeks ... I have been asked to design a card kit ... which is very very exciting ... for me anyway ... not so sure about you lot :0) I get to choose the papers ... stamps ... everything!

I am still doing the finishing touches ... but I thought I would give you a quick taster of something very different for me ...
Hopefully I will be able to show you the rest of it quite soon ... Did I tell you that I was very excited :0)

The Morning After the Night Before!

WOYWW1003

If you can't bare mess ... Look away now! If you can't bear unfinished and discarded projects ... Look away now! If untidiness and general devastation brings you out in hives ... you really really need to look away now!

How on earth has this happened? ... it may have been the result of an all night rave ... a wild crafting party ... a break in ... but I know otherwise!

I could give excuses ... like ... I have a lot on ... a head full of ideas and not enough time to tidy as I go ... but I know what you WOYWWers are like ... you would see right through that in an instant! So I have thought long and hard about saying something intelligent and believable ... I have revisited my A Level in English language ... racked my brain for my creative writing skills about the state of my desk and the best I can come up with is ... erm ... OOPS!WOYWWa1003

In for a penny ... in for a pound as they say ... I did the ever growing in popularity and really quite fashionable swing ... and the other side aint much better!

Still at least it is all out in the open now ... I feel kind of liberated and spurred on to tidy before I start crafting today ... perhaps our illustrious leader, Julia could set a HMDYTBT challenge ... you know like ... How Much Did You Tidy By Thursday!

That's me then peeps ... I may be back later with something prettier to view ... that is if I actually manage to get to my desk without breaking a limb!

Have a good day y'all and I will be seeing you shortly!

A Play Date for One!

Fly1a

Where does that expression come from? You know the one ... "Did you get out the wrong side of the bed this morning?"

Anyways ... this morning it did n't matter because I definitely did! Ready to bludgeon any one in my path with a Fimo Clay rolling pin I was. But I did n't actually get out of the wrong side ... I got out the same side as any other day ... so the whole expression seems a bit odd and when John asked me that very same question this morning ... trust me when I say ... my first thought was not ... I wonder where that expression came from ... it was more ... well I think I also checked the box that I cannot discuss extreme violence on my blog ... so best I don't go there.Fly1

So there I was ... a grumpy old woman ... when lo and behold the postie arrives with me new Wendy Vecchi book ... signed by the talented lady herself ... the cloud lifted ... I said NO to the housework ... actually I do that every day ... but I am going for literary effect here ... I took Wendy upstairs and we had a play date! It was fab ... I played happily for hours :0) You definitely neeeeeed this book!

So ... come on ... you clever peeps ... where does the expression come from??? If you don't know either ... just humour me and make stuff up ... I do all the time :0)

A Timmy Fix!

BF0803

Well ... the days of old and getting up close to Lord Tim of Holtz are gone ... However ... I am still stroking his tag on a daily basis ... just in case it turns into a lamp type vessel and magically transports him ... or me ... in the meantime ... I have to make do with a daily dose of Timmy You tube or DVD's or indeed his fabulous books. You know Tim ... the man that can stop the earth turning for as long as he likes with just a drop of glossy accents and a Victorian Velvet re-inker!BFb0803

Anyways ... there I was on the Bubbly Funk site and I came across his fragment tutorial. Now I may have seen it before but I can't actually remember it ... to cut a very long story short ... I watched ... I listened ... I learned and then I made :0)

You can check out all the paper details etc., I used for this ickle boys note book over on the Bubbly Scrumptious blog today ... I will see you later ... I am off for a spot of tag stroking or maybe even another tutorial :0)

Sunday, March 7

Have you seen ...

Beer20a

a white rabbit ... on a beer mat before? No? Well this is a first then!

I am feeling quite smug ... I have managed to do the Sunday Stamper challenge on a Sunday ... it has been a while since that has happened! The theme is white rabbit!

This rather lovely rabbit is from the Oxford Impressions Classic Alice plate ... prepare yourselves ... I think I may go a bit Alice mad in the next few weeks ... it really is a lovely plate.Beer20

It even has some teensy weensy images too that are just perfect for Tim Holtz' film strip ribbon. You know Tim ... the man that can walk on water while herding several large elephants through a hole the size of a jump ring and still be home in time for tea with just a decorative key and a metal corner! I say just perfect ... I did have to mask bits of them ... but you knew what I meant ... Did n't you?

It is lovely and sunny here ... really sunny and quite warm ... it is very peaceful too ... well it was until John realised he has forgotten to buy Yorkshire puddings ... now it is slightly less peaceful ... I may go and draw him a map to the shop ... I do like to be helpful ... and if he is that bothered :0)

Well ... that is me for today ... How peaceful is it at your place? I may come visiting later ... all this rabbit talk has bought on a spell of hopping ... blog hopping I hastened to add ... the other sort is far to energetic for me!
